Context
Created as part of the Sydney University Experience Designers (SUEDE) x Atlassian Designathon 2023, we collaborated over an intense 12 hours to ideate, conceptualise, design, prototype and test a solution for the question: "how might we make managing work in Jira radically simple for people with AI?"
Solution
Our AskJira has three main features. Our Generative AI helps generate various documents based on user input to maximise productivity. The Chat-bot featuresupports onboarding and our Integrated AI provides smart suggestions and prompts in the main interface to support users in completing tasks.
